The mission of the organization is to reach out to the community, to guide people on their journey of faith, and help people become responsible ministers in Christ's Church. In 2012, Mayflower named Rev. Alan Coe as the new spiritual leader. In 2015, Mayflower celebrated its 25th anniversary of ministering to the Naples community.

Michelle Joy Kramer, CHHC, AADP is a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who assists individuals and corporate teams in achieving their optimal health through healthy lifestyle choices regarding nutrition, exercise, spirituality, relationships, and careers. Michelle is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and holds a Certificate from the Cornell University Plant-Based Nutrition Program. She has completed CEU and Certification Programs for Health Counseling through Purchase College. She holds accreditation from The American Association of Drugless Practitioners and is a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Additionally, Michelle has a global private concierge health coaching practice and is the organizer of a whole foods plant-based community group in Naples, Florida, called the Naples Green Scene, and is on the advisory board of The Plantrition Project. She is also an accomplished top competing Triathlete and considers her best achievement to be qualifying and completing the IRONMAN World Championship Triathlon in Hawaii.

To become Blue Zones Project recognized organizations Fairways Inn of Naples and its sister hotel, Naples Park Central Hotel ensured that bike racks were available on property for their guests and staff, participated in Walking Moais, added healthy vending machines and planted a community garden onsite.

Naples Reserve was created among 22 lakes and sweeping open water views, the 688-acre community emphasizes lakefront living. The community’s centerpiece, 125-acre Eagle Lake features a large tiki hut on destination Kontiki Island and also offers a mile-long stretch of lakefront nestled against the Picayune Strand State Forest, a 76,000-acre state park with protected pinelands, cypress swamps, marshes and abundant wildlife. To become a Blue Zones Project recognized homeowner's association, Naples Reserve focus on developing social relationships among their residents. They added Walking Moai groups, fitness activities and a community garden.
