The congregation is a mix of ages, mostly middle aged, with a few seniors, a few children and a few high school students. “When we first heard about the Blue Zones Project as something Rock of Refuge could get involved with, we thought it was a good idea," stated Pastor Israel. "Spiritually, it makes a lot of sense to me. If we eat right and exercise, we’ll feel better and we’ll be able to worship God better. Our bodies are the temples of the Holy God, as it says in the Scriptures. If we don’t feel good, this will affect our relationship with God."
