Gianluca started with a small one room pizzeria with only 24 seats with both himself and his wife in the kitchen and one server. Over the last nine years Cosmos has transformed into 151 seat, full service restaurant with a full bar and over forty employees. Even though Cosmos has grown so much over the years, it still maintains that neighborhood feeling; like you are coming to a friend’s house for dinner.
