The Edgewater Beach Hotel is the only luxury all-suite hotel on the beach in Naples. The property offers 125 one- and two-bedroom suites, each with living and dining room, fully-equipped kitchen and private balcony or patio. We added Cauliflower Quinoa Cakes as a Blue Zones Project Inspired item on our dining menu and they became an instant success. Guests requested to speak with the chef about the recipe so frequently, we've decided to produce a recipe card for the many patrons who want to make the healthy and delicious item at home.
