As Naples largest preschool, the YMCA Gaynor Early Learning Center Preschool helps care for and educate children from infancy through preschool. Currently, the center serves over 200 children ages 3 months to 5 years. School readiness rates for children graduating from the program are in the 95th percentile. Children have access to everything the 20-acre campus has to offer including nature trails, swimming, a gymnasium, and world-class curriculum taught by award-winning teachers.

The Glades Golf and Country Club is a community of 1,200 units, located just three miles from the Gulf of Mexico. The community offers a wide variety of activities, including golf, tennis, bocce, yoga, water aerobics, and bowling. The clubhouse is busy with numerous activities, including holiday dances. The Pines is the 18-hole par 70 course, with many lakes, sand traps, and twisting fairways. The Palmetto is an 18-hole par 55 executive course, an exceptional par 3 course enjoyed by golfers of all skill levels. Golfers can walk both of these courses. The 19th Hole is the community's restaurant, serving lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday, with a brunch offered on Sundays. Chef Brian has updated the menus for both daily offerings and special events to offer a variety of Blue Zones options. The Glades also features nine swimming pools and ten championship tennis courts.

To achieve Blue Zones Project recognition, The Greater Naples Fire Rescue District began Walking Moais, removed unhealthy snacks, like doughnuts from their meetings, and had their resident Chef, Captain Craig Weinbaum, incorporate healthy, plant-based recipes into the newsletter.

To become a Blue Zones Project Approved™ worksite, Guadalupe Center began hosting walking meetings to encourage their employees to move more during the day, added an Edible Garden, which allows employees to connect with nature and relieve stress, as well as to encourage healthy eating choices with the organically grown fruits and vegetables. In addition, staff members are invited to attend yoga classes on Wednesday afternoons.
